Admins share the team conversations. Senior & Junior each have their own private conversations; Senior also shapes how the assistant works for everyone (taught rules). New users get an invite email with a temporary password.
Everything connected to the sidebar, grouped the way it appears there. Tap a group to open it; ✎ on a card renames or reconnects (the folder and chats stay put), Hide tucks one away without deleting anything, and on a computer you can drag sidebar entries to reorder them.
Add an artist or show
Name it, pick where it sits (a show goes under LOOP LIVE › LOOP SHOWS), and paste its Drive folder link. New chats filed under it keep the assistant focused there, and its folder becomes the first place it looks.
Who can see what, folder by folder. A rule on a folder covers everything inside it (including files added later); a rule on a file overrides its folder. Named people can be let in past the tier or blocked despite it — the nearest, most specific rule wins. Restricted items are invisible to the assistant for anyone outside the rule, never visibly locked. "Excluded from AI" hides an item from everyone — working files like the issue register.
Standing rules the assistant follows in every answer. It learns these when a senior team member corrects it in chat ("that's on purpose because…"), or add one here. Remove anything it got wrong.
Tokens the assistant has used, tracked per answer (last 31 days, NZ days). USD is an estimate at standard published rates; the exact bill is in Loop's Anthropic Console. First-time PDF conversions bill a little extra that isn't counted here.
